1. 两个都不

Neither answer is correct.

neither = 两个都不，不是“三个以上都不”。

I don't like it.
我不喜欢。

Neither do I.
我也不喜欢。

这里的 Neither do I ≈ Me neither.

比如：

I don't understand.

Me neither.

这个 neither 可以直接理解成：

3. neither A nor B

neither A nor B = 既不是 A，也不是 B

Neither John nor Mary was there.
John 和 Mary 两个人都没在那里。

I like neither coffee nor tea.
咖啡和茶我都不喜欢。
